Your Résumé Is a Highlight Reel, Not a Job Description
Most résumés list responsibilities. The ones that get interviews show what changed because you were there.

If your bullet points could be copied from the job advert, they are describing the role rather than your work in it. That is the single most common thing worth fixing.
Rewrite each line around the change
- What was the situation before you got involved?
- What did you specifically do — not the team, you?
- What was different afterwards, ideally with a number attached?
- Would someone outside your company understand it without translation?
You do not need a dramatic story for every line. "Cut onboarding from three weeks to one" is unglamorous and far more persuasive than "responsible for onboarding."
